Telangiectasia, commonly known as ‘thread veins’ or ‘broken capillaries’ are small, visible blood vessels that often appear on the face particularly the nose, cheeks, and chin.
Spider Naevi or spider veins are also visible blood vessels but have a central vessel that feeds the ‘legs’ radiating from it.
Advanced electrolysis uses a small needle to deliver thermal energy directly to the vein to coagulate the blood allowing the body to absorb it. Most clients see visible results after one to two treatments although a short course may sometimes be required depending on the number and depth of the vessels. Because new vessels can appear as we age, maintenance treatments may be required.
